Gary Owen

Gary Owen est un dramaturge et scénariste gallois, auteur de nombreuses pièces, dont Violence and Son (créée au Royal Court en juin 2015), Iphigenia in Splott (jouée au Sherman Theatre, puis au festival d’Edimbourg), Love Steals Us From Loneliness, Crazy Gary's Mobile Disco, The Shadow of a Boy (prix Meyer Whitworth et George Devine), The Drowned World (prix Fringe First et Pearson Best Play), Ghost City, Cancer Time, SK8, Big Hopes, In the Pipeline, Blackthorn, Mary Twice, Amgen : Broken, Bulletproof et Free Folk. Il signe également plusieurs adaptations, dont une adaptation de L’Éveil du printemps, une adaptation de La Ronde intitulée Ring Ring, écrite pour le Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, et une adaptation de A Christmas Carol de Dickens, commande du théâtre Sherman Cymru de Cardiff
